Data we collect

  • Inquiry details you submit: name, email, engagement interest, product-line notes, and message content
  • Technical logs reasonably needed to operate the site (for example, IP address and browser type in server logs)
  • Cookie preferences stored in your browser under a brand-prefixed key, as described on the cookies page

We do not ask for national identification numbers, full card data, or customer transaction dumps through the public contact form. Engagement fieldwork may involve client-provided samples under separate confidentiality terms.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare engagement letters, deliver audit work, maintain professional records, and—if you accept analytics cookies—understand which pages about fintech audits are consulted.

Retention

Inquiry messages without a signed engagement are retained up to 24 months. Engagement records, including relevant correspondence, are retained for at least seven years to meet professional and accounting needs, or longer where a dispute or legal hold requires it.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact hello@clouddataflownet.digital with “Privacy request” in the subject line. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwanese authority.

International transfers

Our primary operations and storage are in Taiwan. If a subprocessors such as an email host stores data outside Taiwan, we take steps appropriate under applicable law, including contractual safeguards, and we will identify material processors upon request.

Security

We apply access controls and limit staff who can read inquiry and engagement files. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive customer datasets through the public form.

Updates

We may revise this notice as practices change. The updated text will appear on this page with a revised effective understanding from the date of publication.
