Terms of use & engagement.
These terms govern access to clouddataflownet.digital and the conditions under which Anchor & Ledger Compliance provides audit engagements.
Acceptance
By browsing this site or submitting an inquiry form, you agree to these terms. Formal audit work begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter that may add or amend conditions for that project.
Services described
Pages describing audits for fintech are informational. They do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance until fees, scope, and timetable are confirmed in writing. Nothing on this site creates an auditor–client relationship by itself.
Intellectual property
Site copy, layout, and brand marks belong to Anchor & Ledger Compliance. Engagement deliverables become available to the client under the licence stated in the engagement letter—typically a non-exclusive right to use the memorandum internally and with named regulators, investors, or banking partners. You may not republish our templates or marketing materials without permission.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely document access, and authority for staff walkthroughs. Delays in access may extend timelines or reduce sample coverage as described in the engagement letter.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Taiwan law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including intentional misconduct). We are not liable for decisions made by third parties—investors, banks, or authorities—after reading our findings.
No guarantee of supervisory outcomes
Our work assists clients in understanding control gaps. We do not guarantee licence approvals, uninterrupted banking relationships, or favourable examination results.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from site use or engagements are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
